3 Steps To Go From Fat to breathtaking in 8 Weeks
Have you put on a few pounds lately? I have too. Are those jeans a microscopic tight? So are mine. As I coming my senior years my fitness goals are the same as when I was a Boxer as a young man. With senior fitness I don't have to be in fighting shape, but I still want to be active and able to do the things I've always done.
What about you? What are your health and fitness goals?
Over the past few weeks my wife and I have made a new commitment to health and fitness. We're working on getting wholesome and fit not only for summer, but for life.
I'm not what you would call a youngster anymore, but I'd still like to sport a trim waistline and a muscular body. How about you? Would you like to be able to hit the golf ball further? Would you like good equilibrium and more strength? Or to enhance your tennis game? The following steps will help you do all of this.
In this record I want to give you three keys to go from Fat to fantastic in eight short weeks.
Step number one... Eliminate White Sugary Processed Foods.
Most people do not realize how much sugar they consume in a day. A 12 ounce can of carbonated soda contains 8-10 teaspoons of sugar. If you want to lose weight or have a wholesome body you must limit your intake of sugar. In expanding to being totally void of nourishment sugar is a very acidic substance and it will make you Fat!!
The lowest line is eating sugar or very refined white carbohydrates (white potatoes, white rice, white flour) makes you Fat! "Today's sugary, very processed foods cause a rapid rise in blood sugar, which immediately originate a big interrogate for the hormone insulin. Insulin is required to regulate the blood sugar level in your body. It does this by signaling the cells to be receptive to the storehouse of fats circulating in the blood. Almost any doctor in America will tell you that insulin is known as "the fat storehouse hormone." -The New Sugar Busters
Here's the deal - Whenever you eat white food e.g. White flour, white potatoes, white rice, or white bread your blood sugar will go through the roof. Your body will issue insulin to regulate your blood sugar. The insulin will store those acidic calories on your thighs, your butt, gutt, or face. Whenever you eat acid based foods fat cells are created by your body to store the acid food so that it doesn't harm the rest of your body.

Step two... Eat More Alkaline Foods and Less Acidic Food!
Our bodies run on electrical current. To be energetic, the body has to have electrical power. The body needs vigor to operate effectively. Therefore it needs electron-rich foods or foods that have vigor in them.
The closer a food is to its living state, the more vigor it has. Raw fruits and vegetables are electron-rich or loaded with energy. Cooked food has virtually no vigor because it is dead and, consequently acidic.
Whenever you heat food above 117 degrees you kill the enzymes in the food. The enzymes are the life force of the food. If you kill the life force the food is essentially a dead food.
Life comes from life. You can't stay wholesome if you do not consume some life giving food. Eat your veggies. Have a green smoothie for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and add a small, lean, protein such as baked or broiled chicken, fish or turkey with lunch and dinner. The key is to add more raw living food into your diet. Especially more green vegetables.

Step number three.. You guessed it - Exercise
You can lose twenty or thirty pounds and if your body is pear shaped, soft, or lacks muscular definition - you will still have the same shape and body composition after you lose the weight
As you exercise your body begins building muscle and muscle burns fat.
Build muscle - Burn Fat!
Cardiovascular exercise is a gargantuan way to burn fat, and adding some force training to your workouts will burn extra calories every day. You'll be burning fat while you're sleeping or sitting on the couch watching re-runs of Gunsmoke.
For every extra pound of muscle you build, your body burns around 50 calories more per day. building muscle will convert your body into a calorie burning machine 24/7, every day of the week.
Start your day off with exercise. I normally work out six days per week. On three of those days I walk for 45 minutes to an an hour. I try to hit the trail at a state park close to my house shortly after daylight.
In the park there are steep hikes up and down wooded bluffs that undoubtedly give my body a great cardiovascular and muscular workout at the same time.
On the other three days I do a 15 microscopic high intensity, exercise agenda that produces improbable training results, far greater than the results person else would get from doing aerobics, running or cycling for an whole hour.
The agenda is similar to the conditioning agenda I used with my expert boxers who were training for championship fights and it only takes 15 minutes to complete. I'll share more about this fantastic way to train in someone else article.
